The framework under which Minshay Global LLC works with manufacturing clients. Your approved quotation and order terms always take precedence for your specific project.
1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the general framework under which Minshay Global LLC provides custom manufacturing and sourcing coordination to business customers. Manufacturing operations are located in Sialkot, Pakistan, with commercial coordination in the United States. Your specific order is governed by the quotation, specifications, and terms you approve in writing.
2. Business Customers Only
Minshay Global LLC provides services to businesses, brands, wholesalers, retailers, organizations, and entrepreneurs acting in a commercial capacity. This website and our services are not offered to consumers for personal, family, or household purposes.
3. Quotations, Orders, and Acceptance
All pricing, minimum order quantities, materials, production timelines, sample charges, shipping methods, and delivery terms are stated in your written quotation. An order exists only after you approve the quotation and any applicable invoice. Verbal discussions and website content are not binding offers.
4. Specifications and Sample Approval
Custom products are manufactured to the specifications confirmed in your approved quotation and pre-production sample. You are responsible for reviewing artwork, sizes, materials, colors, labels, and branding before approval. Approved samples and specifications are the production standard; subsequent changes may affect price and lead time.
5. Your Content and Intellectual Property
You represent that you own, or hold permission to use, all logos, artwork, designs, text, and trademarks you submit. You retain ownership of your submitted designs and brand assets; we use them solely to manufacture your order. You agree to indemnify Minshay Global LLC against claims arising from content you provide.
6. Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are quoted in the currency stated in your quotation and are valid for the period stated therein. Payment is processed securely through our designated payment provider; we never collect or store card or banking credentials on this website. Applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in the quotation.
7. Production Lead Times
Lead times begin upon receipt of approved samples, full specifications, and cleared payment as agreed. Stated lead times are good-faith estimates and may be affected by material availability, production volume, customs processing, carrier delays, and other factors outside our reasonable control.
8. Shipping, Risk, and Delivery
Shipping methods, incoterms, and insurance arrangements are confirmed in your quotation. Risk of loss or damage passes according to the agreed shipping terms. Inspect shipments promptly and report discrepancies in writing within the timeframe stated in your quotation.
9. Quality Claims and Remedies
Products are inspected against approved specifications before dispatch. Where a verified manufacturing defect exists, remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or a price adjustment as agreed, consistent with our Return & Refund Policy. Claims must be supported with photographs and documentation.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your designs, specifications, and business information confidential and use them only to fulfill your orders. We do not resell, republish, or offer your custom products to third parties.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minshay Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Governing Law
These terms and any order are governed by the laws applicable to Minshay Global LLC's place of registration, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any other proceedings.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The version in effect when you approve a quotation governs that order. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
