Where are my products manufactured?

How do I pay for my order?

You always request a quotation first. Once you approve it, we issue a secure invoice with a payment link. Payment instructions are provided with your approved quotation or invoice. We never collect card numbers or banking details on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

Major cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and ACH bank transfers for eligible business orders. The exact methods offered are confirmed on your invoice or payment link.

Who pays customs duties and import taxes?

It depends. Customs requirements, duties, and taxes depend on the destination, product, order value, and the shipping terms agreed in your quotation. We clearly explain the applicable charges and who is responsible for them before you confirm your order.

Do you ship domestically from the United States?

Orders are dispatched from our manufacturing base in Sialkot, Pakistan. We do not claim domestic U.S. shipping or U.S.-held inventory — your delivery terms are confirmed in your quotation before you order.

What are your minimum order quantities?

Minimum order quantities depend on the product, materials, and customization level. They are stated in your quotation, so you know the exact commitment before moving forward.

Can I order samples before bulk production?

Yes. Businesses can request product samples before placing bulk orders. Sample availability, sample production charges, and shipping costs are confirmed before any order is placed — samples are not advertised as free.

How long does production take?

Production timelines depend on the product, order size, and customization. Every quotation includes an estimated timeline, and you receive order updates throughout production.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely through our payment provider via invoices and payment links. Your complete card numbers, CVVs, and banking credentials are never collected or stored on our website.
