Our production runs under an ISO 9001:2015-aligned quality management system: documented work instructions, in-line inspection at cutting, stitching, and finishing, and a final AQL-based inspection of every order before packing.
Material Safety
Materials are sourced from audited suppliers, and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified fabrics, dyes, and trims are available on request — important for garments worn against the skin and for childrenswear programs.
Ethical Manufacturing
Our production facility operates under a social-compliance framework aligned with SMETA / SEDEX audit standards: fair working hours, no child or forced labor, and safe, documented working conditions.
Product Compliance
For regulated products we support the compliance your market requires — CE marking support for PPE workwear, care and fiber-content labeling compliant with U.S. FTC requirements, and REACH-conscious accessory selection.
Sample & Spec Discipline
Every order is gated by an approved pre-production sample. Grading, measurements, and construction details are locked against your spec sheet, so bulk production matches exactly what you approved.
Traceable Materials
On request we can document fabric composition, country of origin, and mill documentation for your imports — keeping your sourcing records clean for customs and brand audits.
Certification documentation, audit summaries, and material test reports are available to clients on request during the quotation process. If your program requires a specific certification not listed here, tell us — we will confirm feasibility before you commit.
