Sustainability
MADE RESPONSIBLY.
Ethical production and environmental care are built into how we manufacture. Here is what that means in practice for every order placed with Minshay Global.
Ethical labor, verified conditions
Our production facility operates under a social-compliance framework aligned with SMETA / SEDEX audit standards — fair working hours, no child or forced labor, and safe, documented working conditions for every worker on your order.
Material efficiency
Cutting patterns are planned with marker efficiency in mind to reduce fabric waste, and clean offcuts from leather and fabric production are collected for reuse in smaller goods, patches, and accessories.
Responsible dyeing and finishing
We work with dyeing and washing partners that treat process water before discharge and avoid azo dyes and restricted chemicals, consistent with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 material options available on request.
Conscious material choices
On request we source organic cotton, recycled polyester, vegetable-tanned leathers, and metal-free hardware — letting your brand choose the sustainability profile that fits its story and budget.
Right-sized, low-waste packaging
Orders are packed in recyclable cartons with minimal single-use plastic, and we can polybag-free or use recycled poly bags where your logistics allow.
Built to last
The most sustainable garment is one that does not need replacing. Reinforced stitching, quality hardware, and rigorous QC mean the products we make stay in service — not in landfill.
Sustainability requirements differ by brand and market. Tell us your targets during the quotation process and we will confirm the materials, processes, and documentation available for your program.
