MINSHAYGLOBAL MANUFACTURING

Shipping Information

SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & TAXES, EXPLAINED.

Your products are manufactured in Sialkot, Pakistan and shipped to your destination. We keep every charge transparent so you know exactly what you are paying for before you confirm your order.

Shipping Methods

Air freight, sea freight, or courier shipping — the best method for your order depends on your products, quantity, and deadline. We confirm the method, cost, and delivery estimate in your quotation.

Customs & Duties

As an international shipment, your order may be subject to import customs requirements in your destination country. Which charges apply, and who pays them, depends on the shipping terms agreed in your quotation — all explained before you confirm.

Taxes

Applicable sales taxes or import taxes depend on the destination and order value. We do not promise that taxes or duties are included in your quotation — any applicable charges are identified and agreed before your order is confirmed.

Our Transparency Commitment

Know what you are paying for, and who pays it.

We would rather over-explain a charge than surprise you with one. Here is exactly how international orders are handled.

  • Shipping methods and delivery estimates are confirmed in your quotation before you order.
  • Customs requirements, taxes, and duties depend on the destination, product, order value, and the agreed shipping terms.
  • Before you confirm an order, we clearly explain the applicable charges and who is responsible for each of them.
  • Shipping charges, sample costs, and delivery arrangements depend on the product and order.
  • You receive shipping information and order updates according to the agreed delivery terms.

Please note: shipments are dispatched from our manufacturing base in Sialkot, Pakistan. We do not claim domestic U.S. shipping or U.S.-held inventory for standard orders — delivery terms for your specific order are confirmed in your quotation.
