These terms describe how Minshay Global LLC works with business customers. Your specific order is governed by the quotation and terms you approve.
Our Services
Minshay Global LLC coordinates custom manufacturing and sourcing for businesses, brands, wholesalers, retailers, startups, and organizations, with manufacturing operations in Sialkot, Pakistan. All orders are custom-produced according to specifications agreed between you and Minshay Global LLC.
Quotations and Orders
Pricing, minimum order quantities, production timelines, sample charges, shipping methods, and delivery terms are stated in your quotation. An order exists only after you approve the quotation and applicable invoice. Terms not stated in the quotation are governed by what the parties agree in writing.
Product Specifications and Approval
Custom products are manufactured according to the specifications, materials, sizes, colors, labels, and branding confirmed in your approved quotation and sample approval. Review your quotation and samples carefully — approved specifications are the standard used for production.
Intellectual Property
You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logos, artwork, designs, or trademarks you submit to us. You retain ownership of your submitted designs; we use them solely to produce your order.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are stated in your quotation and are subject to the specifications quoted. Payment instructions are provided with your approved quotation or invoice, processed securely through our payment provider. We never collect card or banking credentials on this website.
Shipping, Customs, and Taxes
Shipping methods, delivery estimates, customs requirements, and applicable taxes or duties depend on the destination, product, order value, and the shipping terms agreed in your quotation. Applicable charges and responsibilities are explained before you confirm an order.
Limitations
We work to communicate accurately and to coordinate your project professionally. Estimates in a quotation (including timelines and shipping estimates) are good-faith estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing. Nothing in these terms creates guarantees beyond what is stated in your approved quotation.
